At YaYa & Co.®, we want you to love your sustainably sourced home goods, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unwashed condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our team is here to ensure a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location listed on your return label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
